. By booking any service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official communication channels

Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation:
- More than 15 days before departure: 80% refund
- 7–15 days before departure: 50% refund
- 3–7 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 3 days before departure or no-show: No refund
2. Cancellation by trekbreeze.com
trekbreeze.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any trek or travel service due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Safety concerns
- Insufficient participants
- Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances
In such cases:
- You may choose a full refund or
- Reschedule to another available date/service
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking
- Any transaction or payment gateway charges may be deducted
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Failure to arrive on time for the trek or service
- Voluntary withdrawal during the trek
- Non-compliance with safety instructions or rules
- Personal reasons such as illness (unless covered under insurance)
5. Changes & Rescheduling
- Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date
- Approval is subject to availability and may involve additional charges
6. Force Majeure
trekbreeze.com shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
